Accessibility Statement

1. Commitment

Chewy Labs Sàrl strives to make its product biskoui, in particular its consent management banner, accessible to as many people as possible. We pursue this effort on an ongoing basis, without claiming full and permanent compliance at all times.

2. Standards applied

Our accessibility work is based on the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA, as well as the Swiss digital accessibility standard eCH-0059 (version 3.0), which aligns with these same guidelines.

3. Compliance status

As of today, our consent banner meets the following criteria:

• 2.4.3 Focus Order (A) — logical and predictable keyboard focus order
• 2.4.7 Focus Visible / 2.4.11 Focus Appearance (AA) — clearly visible focus outline
• 1.4.3 Contrast (Minimum) (AA) — text contrast of at least 4.5:1
• 1.4.11 Non-text Contrast (AA) — non-text element contrast of at least 3:1
• 2.4.1 Bypass Blocks (A) — mechanism to bypass repeated content blocks
• 1.4.4 Resize Text (AA) — text resizing up to 200% without loss of functionality

This work continues on other criteria and other components of our platform.

4. Known limitations

This statement reflects our current efforts and not a complete external accessibility audit. Some elements of our banner or administration interfaces may still present non-conformities we have not identified.
