Biskoui is a Consent Management Platform (CMP) which helps you protect your customer data privacy and comply with different data privacy laws. Biskoui can be installed on any website to offer visitors the choice whether to consent or not to the use of third-party profiling services, third-party services hosted outside Switzerland and cookies. Biskoui is a Swiss Made solution under the Swiss Made Software label.
Biskoui is available under a free plan. At biskoui, we are commited to offer a solution to companies of any size while introducing the concept of Privacy by Design.

BASIC version: HT 9 CHF / month
PLUS version: HT 29 CHF / month
PRO version: HT 99 CHF / month

In all our plan, the biskoui banner can be personalized in the following ways:

In our PLUS and PRO plans we offer PREMIUM support.
On top of e-mail support, the PREMIUM support gives you access to our direct support line from Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Your support tickets will also be prioritized.
Everytime a page is loaded on your website, the counter will increase. The quota is reset every 1st day of the month.
Consent data is the most sensitive data we manage for you and we exclusively store them in Switzerland. Our hosting company is a swiss based company and is not subject to the American Cloud Act.

Data privacy laws are complex and require professional legal advisory. All information provided in this section should not be considered as legal advice.
From September 1, 2023, the new Federal Data Protection Act (nLPD) comes into force without a grace period. It improves the handling of personal data and grants new rights to Swiss citizens. This important legislative change also brings number of obligations for companies in the use of profiling services, the vast majority of which make use of cookies, as well as services hosting personal data outside Switzerland.
The duration of a consent is limited to 13 months. Upon consent expiration, the consent will be requested again.
Our consent log keeps consent record we collected as legal proof. Because of this, biskoui stores your consents ad vitam aeternam.
Your consent log will be automatically deleted under one of the following conditions:
1. If you downgrade your subscription to a version that does not offer consent log functionality.
2. If you remove your domain from the biskoui administration console.
Important note: We offer you the possibility to export the consent log anytime before its deletion.
Even if your company is based in Switzerland, and regardless of the location of your hosting provider, if visitors from the European Union (e.g. cross-border workers, prospects or customers) visit your website, you are subject to the extraterritorial law GDPR. We therefore advise you to subscribe to our PLUS plan or above if you are subject to european visitors on your site.
Technical questions
Yes ! Biskoui was developped to integrate on any website technology. How does it work? After creating your domain, you will need to integrate our script on you site. The script is available in the dashboard section. Once the script installed, refresh your website and the biskoui banner will appear. You will then need to add your services and customize your banner design.

No, biskoui can be installed on any website. But in order to simplify the installation of biskoui on WordPress, we have built a plugin which make the setup very on your WordPress site.
Really easy. When adding a new service, you will be able to choose your intergration mode. Select Google Tag Manager and copy the event we display you. You can then set your service to trigger upon receiving this event with Google Tag Manager. We will trigger this event only upon the user’s consent.
