Biskoui is a Consent Management Platform (CMP) which helps you protect your customer data privacy and comply with different data privacy laws. Biskoui can be installed on any website to offer visitors the choice whether to consent or not to the use of third-party profiling services, third-party services hosted outside Switzerland and cookies.         From September 1, 2023, the new Federal Data Protection Act (nLPD) comes into force without a grace period<\/span>. It improves the handling of personal data and grants new rights to Swiss citizens. This important legislative change also brings number of obligations for companies in the use of profiling services, the vast majority of which make use of cookies, as well as services hosting personal data outside Switzerland.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

        The duration of a consent is limited to 13 months. Upon consent expiration, the consent will be requested again.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

        Our consent log keeps consent record we collected as legal proof. Because of this, biskoui stores your consents ad vitam aeternam.<\/p>\n

        Your consent log will be automatically deleted under one of the following conditions:
        1. If you downgrade your subscription to a version that does not offer consent log functionality.
        2. If you remove your domain from the biskoui administration console.<\/p>\n

        Important note: We offer you the possibility to export the consent log anytime before its deletion.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

        Even if your company is based in Switzerland, and regardless of the location of your hosting provider, if visitors from the European Union (e.g. cross-border workers, prospects or customers) visit your website, you are subject to the extraterritorial law GDPR.         Yes ! Biskoui was developped to integrate on any website technology. How does it work? After creating your domain, you will need to integrate our script on you site. The script is available in the dashboard<\/em> section. Once the script installed, refresh your website and the biskoui banner will appear. You will then need to add your services and customize your banner design.<\/p>\n
